Calli is the first llama at the gate to greet people and delights in giving them kisses. Her bright coloring and congenial personality attract attention whereever she goes. She has a fondness for children and has happily trained 4H kids. Calli's dynamic personality has allowed her to become the boss of the female herd despite not being the eldest. She earned her PLTA Basic PLTA String Pack Llama and her PLTA Advanced Pack Llama certificates. In the show ring, Calli accomplished her most of her performance achievements by the age of three before moving into the breeding herd. In that time she earned an ILR Lifetime Achievement Award.

We start breeding at age three, with the first birth coming at four years old. Thereafter we breed every other year. Calli is an easy breeder who gives birth easily and mothers well. Calli has plenty of milk and is attentive to her crias. She makes sure she knows where they are and that they are safe and happy.

During her breeding life so far, Calli has consistently produced exceptional offspring of excellent conformation and personality who have done extremely well in the show ring. Their achievements include winning championships at halter and placing high in performance classes. Calli has also passed her winning personality to all of her offspring who are extremely people-friendly llamas. They all have excellent packing potential as demonstrated by BLT Harmony Chrome who earned her PLTA Advanced String Pack Llama certificate.

As a proven female BLT Wahoo's Calliope would be an excellent asset to a performance breeding program. Wahoo daughters are rare. Aquiring Calli is an excellent opportunity to get bloodlines not widely found outside the Rocky Mountain area.

Calliope's comes from packer lines out of the Rockies who were not shown or trialed but were working llamas well known for their reliability on the trail. Her heritage also includes:

• Grandsire UC Wahoo was a reserve champion at halter and one of nine llamas to earn PLTA Elite Pack Llama certificates, and was a foundation sire for our herd. He produced 16 crias all of whom completed PLTA pack llama certifications and have extensive packing histories. Wahoo's resume
